Informations for your stay
The apartment is given exclusively to a minimum of 2 people who make the reservation.
Unused rooms will not be available to customers.
The price includes electricity, water and gas, complete linen.
The rooms are equipped with hypoallergenic mattresses and mattress covers. For hygiene reasons there are no sheets or bedspreads but duvet covers that guarantee greater hygiene.
Linen change every 5 days or halfway through the stay.
Arrival after 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm
Departure by 10:30 am Cot complete with all linen 5 euros per night.
In the event of children being present, a Baby Sitter is available on request.
For stays of more than one day, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be sent at the time of booking, to be paid by bank transfer.
